Certified Radon Logistics.
Simplified.
A technology coordination platform connecting certified affiliates operating under measurement business QA plans for secure, on-time canister pickup and delivery.
The Platform
Four pillars that keep every canister pickup on time, verified, and in certified hands.
Job Marketplace
Post canister pickup requests with your required retrieval window, address, and payout. Or browse available jobs in your area, filter by state and county, and accept jobs that fit your schedule.
Verified Professionals
Every user is a verified NRPP/NRSB certified radon professional, reviewed before approval. Affiliation safeguards ensure canisters stay in certified, authorized hands from deployment through retrieval.
Real-Time Tracking
Follow every canister from deployment to completion. Get live status updates, countdown timers, in-app messaging, and a clear activity record for your documentation and compliance files.
USPS Verified Delivery
Runner payouts are held until USPS confirms package acceptance, protecting both parties. Real-time tracking badges show package status from acceptance through delivery, so you always know where your canister is.
Four Simple Steps
Request Access
Submit your NRPP, NRSB, or state radon certification and request access. Our admin team reviews every application, typically within 24 hours.
Browse or Post Jobs
Need canisters retrieved? Post a pickup request with the address, deadline, and payout. Have availability? Browse open jobs in your service area and filter by state or county.
Accept & Deploy
Accept a job, deploy canisters at the test location, and the 48-hour testing clock starts automatically. The platform tracks your deployment window in real time.
Track & Complete
Monitor pickup status from your dashboard or Daily Schedule. When the retrieval window opens, pick up the canisters, confirm completion, and maintain a clear activity record.
Built-In Affiliation Compliance
Radon Relay enforces lab affiliation matching at every step. Runners must be affiliated with the measurement business that deployed the canisters before they can accept the job. This ensures chain-of-custody integrity and compliance with QA plan requirements.
Registration Gate
Every technician declares their affiliated lab businesses during registration. Only approved affiliations are recognized on the platform.
Job-Level Enforcement
Each job specifies which lab's canisters are being picked up. Non-affiliated runners cannot accept the job—the platform blocks it automatically.
Audit Trail
Every pickup is recorded with the affiliated lab, runner credentials, and timestamps—giving you a clear compliance record for your QA documentation.
Free to Sign Up & Use for Certified Radon Technicians
Creating an account, browsing jobs, posting pickup requests, and managing your jobs is completely free. Upgrade to a Pro plan to unlock the Daily Schedule and Route Optimizer for advanced planning and routing tools.
Not Using the Marketplace?
Technicians who handle their own canister pickups can still use the Daily Planner to log and track personal deployments with countdown timers, live status tracking, and deadline alerts — no marketplace jobs required. Ship your canisters via USPS and get automatic tracking updates and delivery confirmations right inside your planner.
Running a team? The Team Planner lets you share that same schedule with your crew, so everyone stays coordinated.

Real-World Scenario
A typical radon canister pickup on Radon Relay from start to finish.
Inspector Deploys Canisters
A licensed home inspector is hired for a radon test as part of a real estate transaction. They place radon canisters at the property and open the Radon Relay site.
Pickup Request Created
The inspector creates a pickup request on Radon Relay with the property address, entry instructions, and a 48-hour locked retrieval window. The requester chooses how entry is made and who coordinates access to the residence. They set the payout and the job goes live on the marketplace.
Runners Notified
Certified professionals in the area receive a push notification that a new pickup job is available. They can view the job details (location, deadline, payout) and decide if it fits their schedule.
Runner Accepts the Job
A nearby certified runner accepts the job. The inspector is notified immediately. Both parties can communicate through the in-app messaging system to coordinate any details.
48-Hour Window Passes
Radon Relay tracks the deployment countdown in real time. Once the 48-hour minimum testing period is complete, the job status automatically updates to indicate the canister is ready for pickup. If a pickup request wasn’t submitted at the time of deployment (for example, the inspector planned to retrieve it themselves but got too busy), they can create a pickup request later with a specific retrieval window.
Runner Picks Up the Canister
The runner arrives at the property and gains entry using the method chosen by the requester, whether coordinating directly with the homeowner, meeting an agent on-site, or another arrangement specified in the entry instructions. They retrieve the canister, upload a photo through the app as confirmation, and mail it to the lab using the prepaid postage left on-site with the canister.
Pickup Confirmed & Recorded
The runner marks the pickup as complete. The inspector receives a notification with the confirmation photo. A full activity record including timestamps, status changes, and communication is saved for both parties’ records.
USPS Verified Delivery
The runner ships the canister to the lab via USPS using the prepaid postage provided on-site. Radon Relay automatically monitors the USPS tracking number and once USPS confirms the package has been accepted, the runner’s payout is released. Both parties receive push notifications at each tracking milestone — from acceptance through final delivery.
